Chili Puya

When we say we have every spice you can think of, one has to really believe us. This Chile Puya are slightly curved, elongated with tapering off at the end. It is one of the favorite chilies in usage by chefs in big restaurants. You can dice them, make their puree, or mash them into a sauce, so as to get extra flavor.
