Afghan Seven Spice Mix

Afghan Seven Spice sometimes also known as Afghan “garam masala”. It’s the spice mixture used to make their classic Palau, Afghanistan’s classic chicken, and rice dish. And every Afghan cook does it her own way.

Our version contains Cumin, Black Pepper, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Brown Cardamom, Salt, Sugar, Red Chilli, and Nutmeg. All roasted and ground into powder.
